I am Krista Morrow, Broker and Owner of 3rd Power Realty; a small boutique brokerage located in the East Texas Area. I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend, world traveler, and adventure seeker. My passion is for people and serving them in a multitude of capacities. Real estate has been one of the avenues that I have sought out, in order to serve others in one of the largest transactions they will ever make in this lifetime. I have currently been in this industry for over 20 years now. My first two years, I was being trained more in real estate investment by my father who has been an investor for well over 45 years. My active real estate licensing has been for 16 years, 4 of those years I was trained as an agent by a well established broker within the East Texas area. I have successfully operated my own brokerage for the past 16 years. My goals in this industry are to help individuals, families, investors and the like become informed and aware of all things pertaining to their real estate transactions. I believe it is my duty to my clients to lead the way, with honesty at the forefront, whether it is buying, selling, leasing or investing and I commit to all my people to adhere to the highest of moral standards.
